My sister, Mrs. R.V. Vasantha and I would like to thank your Organization, Staff from all wings - Administration, Gate Staff, Attendants at the home and in the Hospital, the Nurses, Doctors and Personal aides, the Kitchen and Annapoorna staff, the Angadi and Vidhyalaya staff, and the temple staff-and just about everyone who helped make and made our mother’s fourteen year stay at the Residency a pleasant and safe experience. In particular, over these past two years, as she became more infirm, staff at Thenpennai took extraordinary care of her and tended to her with deep love and affection. They would make sure that she ate well, bathe and dress her, and attended to all her requests with infinite care and patience. Staff would keep her spirits up by joking with her and make her smile! You have a winning team there!
After she passed away peacefully, surrounded by her attendants, your staff took charge of the situation and handled the final formalities with great tact, efficiency and expedition, when we were in a daze.
For all these and other large and small acts of kindness and care, we are extremely grateful and offer our profound appreciation and thanks for a task well done!

I would like to put on record my appreciation for the care, affection and support given to my mother by the hospital staff and doctor. All her needs are being attended to diligently and with great warmth and my family is very grateful for that.
Also our sincere gratitude to the kitchen and dining staff who coax and cajole my mother and other residents to eat well. My mother delights in the cheer and happiness they bring with every meal. They enquire about her health, encourage and motivate her to eat.
The housekeeper is efficient and a good manager. She handles all queries quietly and briskly.
The housekeeping person incharge of this block is trying her best. Thank you.
Thank you to the office staff, admin and support team for the all-round care. I know you are trying your best with the cat situation. I'm sure you'll succeed soon.
