S.S.M. Residency – ‘Subhashraya’ – is a secure, happy and relaxed home, filled with love, care, dignity, kindness and blessings. It offers a high standard of care to its Residents in the age group of 60 and above.
Started on 30th April 2006 with 16 Residents and 18 Staff members, today Subhashraya has 331 Residents and 376 employees. The Residency is occupied to its full capacity.
Subhashraya, is a beacon of exceptional care and has all the World-class facilities in a vast area with state-of-the-art comforts. It is a peaceful place that promises an honourable life for the senior citizens, with the respect they deserve. From a serene environment to dedicated staff, we strive to create a nurturing space where seniors can thrive.
We work with the goal – Dignity in Every Moment as Every Moment Matters.
We offer a comprehensive range of services to older individuals, encompassing residential care, medical assistance, psychological support, and recreational activities. We revere elderly people and make them experience the care they deserve with expert hands. We tailor care plans to meet the specific preferences of each individual. We make their everyday brighter than before.
We are blessed to have the most co-operative Residents and we are happy for their co-operation. We are thankful to their kith and kin to have reposed enormous confidence on us. We earnestly respect the confidence reposed on us by the Residents and their relatives.
We are fortunate to have a dedicated team of employees. The unstinting support of our staff, enables us to offer the best service to our Residents round-the-clock.
We solicit the cooperation of all in our endeavour to serve the elders with love and affection. We are sure that late Smt. Sundaravalli, our beloved mother will shower her blessings to continue our service to humanity.
The Management, the Staff and the Residents, seek the blessings of Sri. Thiruvengadamudayan, Sri. Gayathridevi and Sri. Vaidyanathaswamy – the Presiding Deities of our temples, to bless us all with a life of absolute contentment.

The Residency in a vast area of 15 acres of land has all the World Class facilities with state-of-the-art comforts. With all humility we wish to submit that our Residency has been recognized worldwide as a peaceful place for honourable living of senior citizens.
We are blessed to have the most co-operative Residents in the age group of 60 to 100+. But for their continued patronization and blessings, we would not have been what we are today. We earnestly salute all the Residents for their co-operation. We are thankful to their kith and kin to have reposed enormous confidence on us. The assuring comfort, honour and peaceful living for the Residents is our goal.
